The Lodge
, patiently designed by Architect Federico Ferrari with Claudia herself until 2016, fits naturally into the landscape by recovering for its exterior construction both stones from the original ruin-preserved in part as a historical vestige-and stones recovered from the site.

The home offers comfortable spaces designed to provide maximum convenience.

A large double bedroom with attached bathroom with shower. The room leads to a second shaded patio furnished with armchairs and a small table for exclusive use. The view from here offers glimpses of the Gulf of Poets, easy and direct access to the original terraces and the pool. In addition, the east/west exposure allows special light to be enjoyed at sunset.

Instead, next to the living area, on the front side, is the smaller second bedroom with closet, two single beds that can be placed side by side, and a small private bathroom with shower.

The lodge is air-conditioned in every area, with ventilated roof, modern insulation, so that it is suitable for year-round living.

It is located within a fenced area of 3,000 m2, nestled in the Montemarcello-Magra-Vara Regional Nature Park, established in 1985.

The land is crossed by east/west grassy terraces supported by dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks, holm oaks and gorse, rosemary, as well as wild vegetation such as irises and spring daffodils characterize the garden. Unmissable between June and July are the nights lit by fireflies among the olive trees.

Only in the vicinity of the lodge and pool does the garden lose its spontaneous character and instead be landscaped with lawn and seeded shrubs.
